Redemption Kids Ministry

“Connecting kids to Jesus for life change.”

Redemption Kids is the children’s ministry (birth-5th grade) of Redemption Church, uniquely designed with your child in mind. Our mission is to “connect kids to Jesus for life change!”  We utilize gospel-centered curriculum (“The Gospel Project”) to help connect your child each week to Jesus.
While we work towards our mission, we know that you are your child’s biggest spiritual influence. That’s a tough job, with much responsibility.  This is why we desire to partner with you!  Imagine the impact on our children when the church and the family work together to make much of Jesus!  From start to finish, we strive to make your child’s time with us a great experience by providing safe, age-appropriate environments where boys and girls discover the big picture of God’s redemptive story.
Redemption Kids “What to Expect”
When you arrive at Redemption Church, you will be directed towards our Redemption Kids “First Time Guest” Check In Station for Redemption Kids Ministries. We will meet your family and check your child into our secure database system, to ensure the security of your child.  Once your family is checked in, a volunteer will show you to the age appropriate room for your child. You and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will wear the name tag portion, which has a code matched to your portion that you will use for check out. During check out, after the worship service, you will return to your child’s room and show your parent receipt (that you received at check in) for your child to be released back to you.

Redemption Kids “What Awaits your Child”

– Committed volunteer team members with a desire to serve, who have completed a Redemption Kids Serving Application, undergone background checks, and who receive ongoing training.
– An age-appropriate time of Bible learning that shows how Jesus fits into the entire gospel story,
pre-creation to eternity. And where each one of us fits into it too.
– A time of worship and activity that encourages the seed of God’s Word to grow in his/her heart.
– Parent resources to encourage family involvement and interaction around their Bible learning.
– We encourage you, on the way home, be sure to ask your child what they learned about Jesus!
